Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Stress on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees using quantitative research methods. The sample used in the study amounted to 100 respondents using a job stress scale and OCB scale of 32 items. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with data analysis methods such as validity, reliability, normality, and simple linear regression tests. The results obtained indicate that work stress has an effect of 21.5% on OCB with sig. amounted to P <0.05. So it can be concluded that the job stress variable has an impact on the OCB variable.
