Abstract :
The implementation of this research was given improvement to listening comprehension of the students by using Think-Pair-Square (TPS) strategy. The mean score of listening test before treating Think-Pair-Square (TPS) strategy was 57.5 and after treating, the mean score was improved by 76. The t-test value 4.74 was greater than the t-table value 2.009.From the result of the research, the researcher concluded that the hypothesis was accepted. It means that using Think-Pair-Square (TPS) strategy was effective in teaching students’ listening comprehension at the second grade in SMA Negeri 3 Sidrap.
