Abstract :
This time computers plays an important role in facilitating the completion of a job, to enhance work efficiency and improve creativity and activity that has a good ability. This is evidenced by the many companies or government agencies that use computerized systems as a tool for the job easier and make the company or government agency of a high-quality. With the development of information system that are so rapidly makes it possible to perform efficient data processing of space, time and cost, but can produce a very useful information and helpful. From the development of these technologies, it is necessary to design a system for processing information that can facilitate the process of data processing employees that still have not documented the type of work where the system is built for performance and efficiency of employees. Parameters for performance and efficiency in question is able to perform efficient data processing space, time and cost, but can produce a very useful information and beneficial, as well as for employees as an indicator of performance appraisal. Applications Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can be used as a tool to document every user complaints or grievances which each job can be documented so that accountability can be used as an employee or employee's performance appraisal. Programming language and Database Management System (DBMS) used to build information systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a PHP (Personal Home Page Hypertext Preprocessor) version 5.2.9 and MySQL version 5.0.51a.
