Abstract :
This study examines the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on job performance. The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about the positive effect of job satisfaction and job performance, and the positive effect of job satisfaction and job performance The respondents of this study are the employee of Internal Auditee Group of PT Bank DKI. The result of the study is that job satisfaction and job motivation affect the job performances. The job satisfaction has a positive impact to job performances while job motivation has a minor impact to job performance. The impact of job satisfaction has a more significancy than the impact of job motivation to job performances. Key words: Job satisfaction, Motivation, Job performance.
