Abstract :
The objective of this research is to identify the effect of the used of training to employee performance (before and after training), especially for teller andcustomer service in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero). Respondents being used for this research are teller and customer service of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara(Persero) under DKI Jakarta region. Data is analyzed using Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test. The result off this research is represent training influence of employee performance was positive. The conclusion tells that the level of training at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) is at a good level, as was told by the respondent. Keywords: training, employee performance.
