Abstract :
This study aims to identify and clarify the picture of the motivation, organization culture, job satisfactionand employee performance. Identify and analyze the motivation, organization cultureand job satisfaction significantly on employee performance.. This study is classified as a survey with descriptive analysis method by taking samples and questionnaire as the main data. The sample in this study is aMandiri securities SCBD, Jakarta. The sampling and analysis results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the results will be summarized as follows: 1). Motivation has a positiveand significant effect on Mandiri securities SCBD, Jakarta.. 2). Organization culture has a positiveand significant effect on Mandiri securities SCBD, Jakarta.. 3).
