Abstract :
Red rice is a product of healthy bread. Made of red rice ,its has lot of benefit in maintain healthy.red rice is to control blood sugar level,reducing risk of cancer , antioxidants , reducing risk of heart disease and improve sleep quality. Will be 4 step of processing first wash processing will take 3 hours, after that mixing processing to bland the rice. After that fermentating process will take 4-6 hours . and the last cooking processing. Red rice will be packed in a plastic box, every pack will be sold for IDR 28.000
