Abstract :
As time goes by, a lot of food is born from ideas, as well as the creativity
of people who are itching to innovate. Various kinds of processing, both fried,
baked, and others. Not all preparations pay attention to health, as well as the
ingredients used to make these products. Especially cassava which has not been
made healthy processed.
By looking at this opportunity, the authors came up with an innovation for
healthy processing of cassava with many benefits. Because some young people
rarely eat cassava, because of the lack of taste. However, the author has a new
innovation to add fish eggs and palm sugar to add flavor to the product. Apart from
being beneficial for the body, this product also has a sweet taste, apart from being
bitter from cassava.
