Abstract :
The finished project this study about standard operating procedures to part the front
office and restaurant during the new normal era that has happened to now .The
research is the qualitative study with the methods descriptive about creation standard
operating procedures the front office services and restaurant services that in adjust to
protocol health in the new normal era .Technique data collection use the literature
study or from the ministry of health and Indonesia hotel and restaurant in knowing
protocol health need to be used as a guide to the operation of hotel in the new normal
era .Writer get way to know how standard operating procedures for service the front
office and restaurant services can work in the era of normal new .Writer conducting
the research in three non-star hotel with the interviews and documentation of photos
method to support standard operating procedures who writers made.
This research aimed at producing standard operating procedures the home office and
ministry restaurant in the new normal that has been going on in order to be used by
hotel non stars hotel so that the hotel can operate in full in accordance with protocol.
