Abstract :
The Covid-19 pandemic is still spreading around the world. Indonesia is one of the
countries that is still battling the Covid-19 virus. The pandemic is currently in an
emergency response phase. The next phase is the recovery phase. The recovery
phase has three strategies, namely, recovery of human resources and the tourism
industry, recovery of destinations and restoration of marketing. Marketing recovery
is the focus of this research. Marketing recovery was chosen because the health
crisis did not damage the other 3 aspects. Marketing recovery planning focuses on
7 components (Beirman, 2016). Key messages, facts, market confidence, restoring
market confidence, re-imagining of destinations, attractive incentives, positive
publications and progress monitoring and reporting. The research location is in
Bandung City, West Java Province. The research method used is qualitatif
exploration. Using data collection techniques in the form of distributing
questionnaires, documentation study and observation. This research produces
recommendations in the form of action plans, key performance indicators and
examples of content design for publication.
