Abstract :
This research is supported by problems regarding employee performance that is not optimal at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru due to commitment and empowerment of human resources. The research objective was to analyze the effect of human resource empowerment and work commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru. The number of samples used was 35 employees, using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, human resource empowerment and work commitment have a significant positive effect on the performance of field employees at PT Hasanah surveyor Raya Pekanbaru.
