Abstract :
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). It’s spread around the world and still endemic in many countries. Therefore, model modifications were made taking into account two strains namely SARS-CoV-2 and D614G. This thesis intends to analyze the mathematical model of the spread of COVID-19 with these two strains. Then to apply the optimal control of preventive measures with 3M (wearing masks, social distancing, washing hands) and treatment. Model without control has three aquilibria, namely non-endemic equilibrium, endemic strain 1 equilibrium and endemic strain 2 equilibrium.
