Abstract :
Information Technology has be element important in something organization that be wrong one of the profit competitive. Information Technology Governance with good both can help the organization to effort achieve goals. Information Technology Department PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is one of organization that implements Information Technology governance is by Development Partnership Program Information Systems to help realizing goals and achieve goals about management and distribution fund social enterprise to the community through Information Technology benefits. Information Technology Governance in the PKBL Information System application requires an audit to assessment capability and recommendations compile to Information Technology governance as application unit of PKBL information system has never been do capability assesment which has applied from the side achieving the goals and the value of IT governance and IT management. The audit standards used is COBIT 5. The selected COBIT 5 domain is Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) which focus an assessment of IT services and support of business process goals include problem management and business processes forward. Outline need to be achievement Capability Levels from the increased activity and recommendations.
